Selected fresh and sweet hairy melon is used in the dish, blended with shrimp aroma and handcrafted pan-searing technique. The exterior is golden and slightly crispy, while the interior is tender and subtly sweet. Upon tasting, you can experience the natural sweetness of the hairy melon intertwined with the savory flavor of the seafood.
